Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WillGoal mobile and web application (the “App”) operated by Mariana Turianytsia, an individual developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
WillGoal is a personal productivity app for goals, tasks, time logging, habits, calendar/timeline views, focus tools, compass reflections, and mindset audios. Most of your content is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a WillGoal user account system at this time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Free trial, free tier, and subscriptions
3.1 Free trial
WillGoal may offer a time-limited free trial with access to premium features. Trial terms are shown in the App. When the trial ends, access may revert to a free tier or require a paid subscription, as described in the App.
3.2 Free tier
After the trial (if applicable), WillGoal may offer a free tier with limited features (for example, a limited number of active goals). Feature limits are described in the App and may change.
3.3 Paid plans
Paid plans (for example monthly, annual, or lifetime) may be offered through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Payment is processed by Google or Apple, not directly by us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, according to the store’s rules.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
- We may use a third party such as RevenueCat to validate purchases and unlock Pro features.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter in the App and for any backup files you create or share.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App, or infringe others’ rights.
5. Backup and data loss
The App may allow you to export and restore data via backup files. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for loss of data caused by device failure, uninstallation, operating system actions, or user error. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, branding, text, audio, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Mindset audios and third-party links
Mindset audios are provided for personal use within the App. Email links open your own email app to contact us. We are not responsible for third-party services (for example app stores) or their terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes. WillGoal supports personal planning; results depend on your use.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE A CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features for legal, security, or operational reasons.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post updates at https://willgoal.com/terms and update the “Last updated” date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
